Rosebank office expansion completes

Halvard Trust has taken an additional floor at its Rosebank premises, adding sixteen desks and two meeting rooms. The work was completed over six weeks with no interruption to client service.

The expansion supports the split-site working arrangement introduced last year, under which most staff divide their week between the Sandton head office and Rosebank.

Fit-out was carried out by Kestrel Facilities (Pty) Ltd, who have handled the firm's premises work since 2019. The remaining phase, covering the third-floor client meeting suite, is scheduled through the second half of 2026.

Ivo Kastelein, Head of Private Client Advisory, said: "Rosebank has become the room where most of our client meetings actually happen. It was time it looked like it."
